Presentation
The National Centre for Industrial Property is a specialised Office of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
CENAPI (NACEIP) serves as liaison structure with African Organisation for Indistrial Property (AOIP) which was created in 1962 according to an agreement signed between its members and based on the application of a uniform government on Industrial Property Rights.
Besides, NACEIP follows the questions of Industrial Property of interest to the Republic of Benin such as the application of international conventions in the area of Industrial Property of which Benin is a party.
